We met Jay at an open house, and from the very beginning, he offered to help us with our home search. As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were doing and quickly realized we needed some guidance! We had a brand-new baby, limited time, and very little knowledge of the home-buying process, so we really appreciated Jay’s expertise and support. We looked at several homes together, and Jay was always patient and accommodating—even when I sent him listing after listing to check out! Once we found the home we loved, his help became even more valuable throughout the offer and purchasing process. He helped us negotiate the purchase price and connected us with trusted professionals, including a lawyer, mortgage broker, and home inspector. What stood out most to us was that Jay genuinely wanted us to find a home, not just a house. He never pressured us at any point and always gave us the time and space to search at a pace that worked for our family. We’re so grateful for all of Jay’s help and guidance throughout such an important milestone in our lives. We would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking to buy a home, and we plan to work with him again in the future—if we ever decide to move!
