As a first time tenant looking for looking for a rental, David was highly helpful to me. He provided all sorts of advice and insights on what to look out for and what to choose. He was accommodating to all my demands and always responded promptly, even in the evening and weekends. He did not rush to try to close a deal and offered honest evaluations of the properties. I was highly satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone who asks.

My husband and I (first time home buyers) met David at a Tim Hortons to see if he was the right fit for us. Blown away by his humble nature and knowledge, we knew right away he was our realtor! He treated us as friends and made the process felt fun! We were not disappointed. I truly appreciate when David would tell us the pros and cons of all the houses. He would also give home owner tips as we would see each house (and we saw at least 60 homes together in the 3 months it took to find our home). He is so patient and never pushed us to make any offers - this is such an important quality. As a buyer, you should never feel forced into making the biggest purchase of your life! David was extremely quick with responding to us (including last minute showings). On top of this, he was always on time (even early, just like us). His quick availability for you is so appreciated in today's hot market. He was also very patient with our indecisiveness. He never showed any type of frustration when we changed our minds so many times. We had a spread sheet that he was so diligent about updating which allowed us to have sanity in the midst of a stressful time! Buying a home can be so overwhelming but David guided us along the way and made sure it was a smooth sailing process. We made three offers and the third time was the charm. David was so helpful during the offer process. It was so stressful but he helped lower my anxiety and stress. Let us not forget after we bought our house. David was still so supportive and made sure the closing process was in order. As a side note my father told David "my daughter is very hard to please and she is so happy so you did a great job" - Thank you David for your excellent service!

David's professionalism and diligence are top of the line. He worked tirelessly to make sure we would get the most amazing result. Not only he communicates respectfully but also gives unique insight to us in our best interest. David separates himself distinctively from average brokers with his knowledges, strong code of conducts and ethics. He always protect his clients' best interest and put them before himself. I knew we were in good hands and had a peace of mind with the whole process. We were fortunate to have someone like David by our side.

David was very patient and understanding with what I was looking for. He is very knowledgeable with the market. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

David is an excellent realtor. He made us feel comfortable to ask questions and feel like he always has our backs. He’s very helpful and put our minds at ease throughout the entire purchase process. 5 Stars! We will definitely recommend any family or friends to him.

We are grateful to have our friend recommend David Lo to us. It was such a pleasure working with David, especially during this stressful COVID real estate market. David always had our best interest in mind. He is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of responsibility and accountability, and his commitment to his clients is undeniable. He will go the extra mile without us asking. We highly recommend David Lo for all your real estate needs.

David was very nice to deal with. Everything I expected plus more. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family

My personal review with David couldn’t be any better. He was recommended by a friend of mine to lease out one of my investment properties. I have dealt with numerous agents in the past and no one has impressed me except him. Extremely attention to details. When the time came to sell, there was no doubt David will be our realtor. All I did was handed him the key and I have not even went back to the property after. I am incredibly grateful to David’s effort and help. I highly recommend him for all real estate needs!

My husband and I were looking to buy our first home. We were lucky to have been introduced to David through a friend recommendation. Since we had a small window of time to find one, we needed someone knowledgeable, dependable and had our best interest in mind. David truly did not disappoint and exceeded every expectation we had for a real estate agent. He took the time to explain the process to us and listened to the vision we had. We will definitely be recommending David to anyone in the need of an agent because we know they will be well taken care of.
