As a first time tenant looking for looking for a rental, David was highly helpful to me. He provided all sorts of advice and insights on what to look out for and what to choose. He was accommodating to all my demands and always responded promptly, even in the evening and weekends. He did not rush to try to close a deal and offered honest evaluations of the properties. I was highly satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone who asks.
