Chris Thompson was much more proactive and strategic than realtors we had worked with in prior decades when purchasing the homes we owned before. This certainly worked to our advantage. Chris was especially helpful in evaluating the properties we saw; in each house we visited he pointed out a range of features and considerations that we otherwise hadn't noticed. This was very helpful. Moreover, as we got close to making an offer Chris was especially attentive to the market and kept us focused on comparables--guiding us to step carefully and keeping us fully informed when we otherwise would have been hasty and a bit impulsive. And there were a number of unexpected bumps as we negotiated details which Chris worked with care to smooth over. He was definitely our advocate through all of this, and got us into the house we wanted.
