Chris Thompson goes the extra mile for you. And he knows houses, and has experience and will point out possible problems in a house down the road by pointing out areas of concern. In nogotiations with my seller, he was able to make it really work out in my favor, and I was really very happy with the whole outcome!!! I would say a person would be lucky to have Chris Thompson as his/her agent!!!
