To describe the word amazing would be Kathy all the way. Above and beyond helpful, kind understanding and compassionate. I was terrified of buying a home for the first time and doing it virtually was way more scarier but Kathy held my hand virtually all the way through and after the closing of my home clear across country. From the first moment and beyond today she has put my needs first when negotiating and getting things done to meet deadlines during this whole process. I can’t be more thankful for such a wonderful Realtor and now someone I call my friend.
My husband and I met Kathy at an open house. We started with a small house in Cortland but found some issues during the walk through. She was very gracious and friendly. We had some fairly niche asks that made finding a home pretty difficult, but she was very patient and accommodating. Big plus, we never felt like we missed the boat on an opportunity. If there was a house she felt matched our vibe, it was in my text messages asap. She was never pushy or tried to talk us into a house we didn’t want. We felt like her goal was that we were happy with the home. If we are ever shopping for homes again on the Ohio side again, we’d call her in a heartbeat.
