Jim is a very talented, patient, knowledgeable, skillful agent that went the extra mile for me. He waited two years to list my property, while I finally was able to remove the tenants. The property needed a lot of work . Jim successfully hired capable workers to accomplish this work since I lived out of state. We also had to deal with Safety Harbor’s administrators to obtain a permit for upgrading the garage doors, which was a real challenge due to last year's hurricanes. The house’s layout was unusual and would only appeal to a small number of buyers. Jim used his vast catalog of skills to get the job done. You can’t go wrong hiring Jim as your agent. He is a pleasure to work with.
