We have unsuccessfully worked with several relators over the past several years. Julie Simmons was the first agent that we felt really had our best interest at hand. She took the time to really listen to our needs, wants, hesitations and concerns. We were able to be fully transparent with Julie as she was with us. She was always professional, quick to respond and we never felt pressured to purchase. It was the most pleasurable buying experience we could imagine. We left everything in her hands and she did not sway our confidence. All the way up to even moving into our new home, she was by our side making sure we were taken care of and our needs were met. If you have the chance, make sure to have Julie as your agent. She will fight for you to get you the best deal, take all the stress of your shoulders and talk you through the entire process. Thank you so much, Julie. You made our home buying experience a great one!

Julie was fantastic through out the home buying process. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods. Julie took the time to clearly understand what we were looking for and was able to identify homes that had many of our must have features. Julie’s confidence in the process and the market helped us feel comfortable and at ease. We will be definitely recommending Julie to friends and family.

Julie is an absolute professional. Her attention to detail, constant communication, and real estate knowledge and ability to easily communicate it to me; made the process smooth and stress free.

The last few months, Julie has helped us sell our old home, and purchase another. She has went above and beyond at every turn, working miracles to produce seemingly impossible results! The deals she was able to get us, and negotiations she made in our behalf have been remarkable! Her skill in dealing with other agents and parties surprised us at every turn! Thank you for making our dreams come true!

Our Agent Julie Simmons was absolutely fantastic! Lisa and I had been looking for our first home in Tampa, Florida for over a year while Lisa was finishing her pediatric residency in Nashville, Tennessee. Juggling long-distance and two demanding jobs, Ms. Simmons was very responsive and knew exactly what was needed to close on our home. Her professionalism and communication skills were second to none. Lisa and I are so grateful that we chose Smith & Associates for our home search and couldn't be more happier to start our lives together in our new home in Tampa.
