There aren't enough words to express how wonderful it was to work with Chris in the purchase of our home in Little Rock. My partner and I moved to Arkansas recently and did not know anything about the real estate market in Little Rock. Chris was incredibly responsive and patient with us, he was always available for a call or a text, and his knowledge of the neighborhoods and the real estate market in Little Rock gave us the context we needed to make the right purchase for our future home. We could not have done this without him!

I needed to buy a house for investment purposes and Chris help me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and went the extra mile to help me find the perfect house. He also walked me through the process of buying the house from making an offer to the closing without a problem. Chris was always one text away and was very thorough through out the entire process. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and truly committed real estate professional.

What a pleasure it was to work with Chris Marsh! He was recommended to us through a realtor friend in CO for we did not know any realtors in Hot Springs. Chris was a true delight. He was professional, great at communication, knowledgeable about Hot Springs, a great sense of humor, and patient! (I sent many emails to him before we arrived in Hot Springs adding/deleting listings) My husband and I basically had 1 day to look at 5 homes around Hot Springs; Chris was very attentive to our needs and let us spend as much time as we needed per house. He even took us to see our favorite home via his boat! We love our new home on Lake Hamilton and we truly couldn't be happier with Chris. I highly recommend him!
