What a pleasure it was to work with Chris Marsh! He was recommended to us through a realtor friend in CO for we did not know any realtors in Hot Springs. Chris was a true delight. He was professional, great at communication, knowledgeable about Hot Springs, a great sense of humor, and patient! (I sent many emails to him before we arrived in Hot Springs adding/deleting listings) My husband and I basically had 1 day to look at 5 homes around Hot Springs; Chris was very attentive to our needs and let us spend as much time as we needed per house. He even took us to see our favorite home via his boat! We love our new home on Lake Hamilton and we truly couldn't be happier with Chris. I highly recommend him!
