Met Kate at an open house. We liked the townhouse and were late to the game. Kate worked with our mortgage officer to get us qualified and then when to bat to get us our house in the same day. She communicates with you daily if necessary and gets answers to any questions you might have in a timely manner. Would for sure use her in the future.
