Working with Carlo as been a great experience. I have been an extremely high maintenance homebuyer. A moving target in terms of what I have been looking for and willing to pay for, location, all of it. Carlo has remained patient and level-headed throughout all of it. He saved me from numerous bad decisions and helped me figure out what I was really looking for. Then he found it and got me in to see it within hours if its listing. Thanks to him I was under contract the next day. Carlo continued to advise and help me through the closing process, and thanks to him keeping me on task, it went smoothly. I am grateful to him!

Carlo owned the house I was leasing and would stop by to perform maintenance. We struck up a conversation and I agreed to let him help my wife and I find our first home. Carlo has great contacts in the real estate business and was very knowledgeable and willing to answering all of my questions about the process. It is obvious that he really cares about his clients. The market was crazy, but we were patient and are now moving into an amazing house! 10/10 would recommend.
