I am a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area, specializing in commercial sales, leasing, land development, business relocation, and expansion services. With more than 23 years of real estate experience, I bring a deep understanding of every phase of a commercial real estate transaction. My clients are kept informed throughout the entire process, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and prepared from the first conversation to the closing table. My business is built entirely on referrals-a point of pride and a testament to the trust I have earned within the community. Those who refer clients to me know they will be treated with professionalism, integrity, and a level of care that reflects positively on them. This reputation is the foundation on which I have sustained and grown my client and referral base year after year. Community service has been a lifelong commitment. For more than 40 years, I have volunteered throughout Tampa Bay, serving in numerous leadership roles across civic and nonprofit organizations. Giving back and offering a "hand up" to others is deeply rooted in who I am, both personally and professionally. It was especially humbling to receive the Tampa Bay Business & Wealth Philanthropist of the Year Award in 2024. Most recently, I was honored with the Tampa Bay Business Journal's Top Retail Real Estate Deal of 2025 , a recognition that reflects not only the significance of the transaction but also the dedication I bring to every client and project.
