I cannot believe we are finally finished with the sale of my house and my subsequent acquisition of my new home. I want to personally thank you for your tremendous efforts and patience in dealing with me and this extremely complex transaction. Without your diligent efforts, patience in dealing with me, and hosting countless open houses, we would not have been able to prevail. Thank you very much and I look forward to working with you again.

Mary Jo, I'm so happy that we were led to you. You were great! You had so many terrific ideas and made a huge difference! Loved you! You are very down to earth and eager to share ideas. Your enthusiasm was energizing! You cleared up some uncertainties....gave us clear direction! You are a jewel!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Mary Jo Pope for the purchase of a home for our son and daughter-in-law. Mary Jo was on top of things from the very beginning! We were interested in properties located in the Heritage Lakes Community in Frisco, Texas. Mary Jo thoroughly researched the community and available properties that fit within our budget range. Not only did she do the research, but she personally went and viewed numerous properties before she scheduled a time for us to view the properties. Her preparation was extremely beneficial as we worked our way through the various showings that she had laid out for us to visit. The properties she had selected to show us were great, but we decided that we would like to continue looking for just the perfect house. She stayed focused on the community and within a few days called and notified us that a house fitting all of our expressed needs had just been listed and she wanted to show it to us. My wife, son and daughter-in-law met her there within a few hours, and she was right. It was the perfect house! She immediately placed an offer for us and within less than 24 hours we were moving to closure. She assisted us with arranging for financing and 10 days later, she met us at Republic Title and we closed on the house. What an experience! All of this from first contact with her to closure took place in less that a month. Effective, Efficient and Timely are but words to describe our experience with Mary Jo. She takes the meaning of Service Excellence to a level of preeminence. Thank you, Mary Jo, for making our son and daughter-in law's dream home become a reality. You are awesome!

I want to recommend Mary Jo Pope as a realtor who is far above average. She takes the time to get to know her clients and works with them as if they are her only clients. We had a wonderful experience finding our home with her. We moved from Lafayette, LA and did not know the area of Plano very well. She has her fingers on the pulse on the area and knows what is happening with real estate and business on a daily basis. She helped us narrow our options and gave us help with every aspect of our move. She worked with us long distance and made us feel a part of the Plano community before we ever arrived. She was thorough is helping us find an inspector, a loan, and anything else we needed. We have moved many times with my husband's work and would rank Mary Jo as one of the top Realtors we have ever worked with. We would certainly not hesitate to recommend Mary Jo to anyone looking to purchase a home in this area. Her professional demeanor and honesty are quite rare in these times. She has become a good friend as well as a Realtor and we value her friendship.

I want to thank Mary Jo Pope for her perseverance, knowledge, availability, her positive attitude, and her professionalism. We looked at over 20 homes in four days, our lender was anything but easy to deal with, and my husband is a tough one to please. Suffice to say, Mary Jo succeeded with flying colors! We are so happy in our new home. We feel we have a long-time friend in Mary Jo. She still checks in on us! You have a true gem of a gal in your organization. I might also mention how impressed we were with her interaction with Robin Merlo. They definitely work well as a team! Our "Ebby" experience could not have been any better.
