My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Mary Jo Pope for the purchase of a home for our son and daughter-in-law. Mary Jo was on top of things from the very beginning! We were interested in properties located in the Heritage Lakes Community in Frisco, Texas. Mary Jo thoroughly researched the community and available properties that fit within our budget range. Not only did she do the research, but she personally went and viewed numerous properties before she scheduled a time for us to view the properties. Her preparation was extremely beneficial as we worked our way through the various showings that she had laid out for us to visit. The properties she had selected to show us were great, but we decided that we would like to continue looking for just the perfect house. She stayed focused on the community and within a few days called and notified us that a house fitting all of our expressed needs had just been listed and she wanted to show it to us. My wife, son and daughter-in-law met her there within a few hours, and she was right. It was the perfect house! She immediately placed an offer for us and within less than 24 hours we were moving to closure. She assisted us with arranging for financing and 10 days later, she met us at Republic Title and we closed on the house. What an experience! All of this from first contact with her to closure took place in less that a month. Effective, Efficient and Timely are but words to describe our experience with Mary Jo. She takes the meaning of Service Excellence to a level of preeminence. Thank you, Mary Jo, for making our son and daughter-in law's dream home become a reality. You are awesome!
