Vallee Shore was excellent to work with. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the selling process, especially about the requirements of the local Monroeville Municipality. She was very helpful scheduling the required inspections and was always available to meet with people at the townhouse if I was not able to be there which expedited the closing process. Her evaluation of the property was very thorough and helpful to determine the initial listing price. I strongly recommend Vallee.
Vallee and her company developed a good strategy for marketing our house and were able to generate considerable interest in the house. This included not pushing for a very high asking price. This generated approximately 12 showings the first day which resulted in three offers. We were able to sell the house in one day and got over asking. When we met the buyer they casually mentioned that the listed price was one of the items which attracted them to the house.
Vallee kept us informed throughout the process and answered all of our questions. In particular, she helped us with some assessments done by a bank for a HELOC loan we applied for prior to the house going on the market. We had to do very little with the actual closing process. We would heartily recommend Vallee and Berkshire Hathaway to any of our friends.

WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a Wonderful experience from the first time we met Vallee till the closing on our new home. She was always available to answer questions (dumb ones as well) and so prompt in getting back to us whether it was phone calls, emails or texts. We close on the home we are selling in about a week and I am sure everything will go just as smooth. We not only got a GREAT real estate agent but made a GREAT friend as well. We originally wanted to move into the same plan as Vallee but nothing ever came available. We were so looking forward to being her neighbor but no worries - I'm sure we will still keep in touch as well as an occasional visit and lunches...
