We were very pleased to have Vallee Shore-Fallat as our agent of BerkshireHathaway. She was quite supportive in our dealings with her and the buyer and was extremely prompt with giving us up to date details in our buying-selling process. Vallee was very knowledgeable about our home and the area we lived in. In our negotiations with buyer, she presented the information quite amicably so that all of us would feel comfortable.She even answered many questions with a subtle sense of humor and solved minimal problematic situations with clarity. We are also very pleased with the Berkshire-Hathaway representative at our closing. (We believe his name was Colin but are not sure.) He handled a financial matter that appeared with quiet diplomacy.
