We purchased our home through Kathy in 2009. She took care of us the whole way. Then we decided to sell in 2022. We utilized Kathy once again. We got an offer about 30 days after she put our home on the market. There were some glitches along with way that had nothing to do with her, us, or the buyers- however she was there guiding us and working in the forefront and in the background and the home closed on time.
