My family recently relocated to Canfield, Ohio from Texas. It was a difficult and stressful move. Kathy Carroll our agent with Northwood Realty was a huge help in the process. She bent over backwards to meet our needs and was a tireless advocate for us when working with a difficult seller when purchasing our new home. Her communication was excellent, and she was always available to address questions and concerns. She was able to overcome numerous obstacles with the seller, and get us closed and in our home on schedule. I would highly recommend Kathy for your Real Estate needs. Bryan Baskett Canfield, Ohio
