If I could rate Ann and Angela on a scale of 1 to 5, I would give them a 6 or 7. My recent purchase of a home in Golden was the third time I had had dealings with them. The first time was when I purchased a home in Evergreen. At the time, they represented the sellers. I was the buyer. When it came time to sell that home, I reached out to them. The home was under contract in a week. It was priced correctly and the timing was perfect. Now that I am purchasing a home to replace the sale, I have used them again. Believe me, they earned every penny of their commission. They are professional in every sense of the word. They work tirelessly behind the scenes. They are diplomatic, and have a solution for every challenge. I cannot say enough. I would highly recommend their services.
