Along with having a stellar local lender, having Andrea on our team was why we got the exact house we wanted in our favorite neighborhood in Denver. My wife and I were first-time homebuyers and didn't know what we didn't know about this process. Andrea guided us through every step and eased our concerns about finances, paperwork, closing, inspection, title, etc. And when our perfect house came on the market, Andrea contacted the listing agent (whom she knew already) multiple times to "sell" us as buyers. Even during closing, she was coordinating contractors and other professionals to ensure that we had the resources we needed to get started on some renovations. A friend from work recommended that we work with Andrea, and we will do the same for all our friends who are looking for the best agent in the metro area.

Andrea is an excellent RE agent. If it was all the extra effort she put into finding the buyer I would not have sold my property. Her open and respected advice made it possible to sell my property at the price I was wanting to sell it at. she was in constant contact with me keeping informed what the buyer was thinking and asking. She was willing to discuss the decision process and moneys involved. Most agents will not give that advice. I have had several agents over the years and none were willing to step up and do the extra things necessary to make the sale.

Andrea did an amazing job for us. We hadn’t sold a home in 35 years so we had lots to learn. Her experience and patience when we were getting nervous on any issue were key to the successful completion of our sale. The suggestions she made for small changes to our home really made a difference in how it showed which was key.
