Please use Melanie for your sale or purchase of a home. She managed to calm my otherwise frayed nerves throughout the process of selling my house. She's extremely professional and discreet and goes above and beyond to get the job done. I felt very protected and secure with her in charge of the sale of my house. Thank you, Melanie!!!
If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would! It should say "Melanie Dittmayer, Realtor Extraordinaire @ Balistreri Real Estate." Melanie went above and beyond to help me find my forever home! I had a lot of obstacles and particulars in finding a house, and Melanie never gave up when every other realtor before her gave up after a few days! If you are looking to buy or sell, please let this outstanding realtor, Melanie Dittmayer, be your first choice!

I'm very happy with the service I received from Balistreri for the sale of my condo. I worked with Melanie. She made the entire process a pleasure. Melanie is very professional and knowledgeable. She was always available when I had any questions and explained everything very well. I highly recommend Melanie to anyone looking for the BEST!
Melanie was nothing short of AMAZING to work with. Not only did she provide me with listings that would accommodate my large dog and list of what we needed, but she also was extremely helpful with all the processes of applying as a Canadian. Highly recommend Melanie and appreciate all of her help!!
Melanie is the best! She’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and will find you a great home! We quickly realized that we could trust Melanie. As first time homebuyers the process was daunting, but she helped us through every step of the way! Thanks Melanie :)
Melanie found me a 2 bedroom condo to rent for the season. This is my third year renting and the first time I used Melanie as my realtor. She is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Melanie went out of her way to FaceTime me while walking through the condo before I signed the contract. There are no words to describe what a great realtor Melanie is. I look forward to using her in the future.
Melanie has helped my wife and I secure a winter rental in the Pompano Beach area for two consecutive years. She is extremely responsive and follows through on any questions that arise. We have nothing but positive things to say about her!
Melanie is the best. She is professional, thorough and great to work with. She always let us know as soon as a new listing came on the market. She always made herself available, knows the right questions to ask and her follow up throughout the entire process was excellent. I would highly recommend Melanie to find your next home.
