Words really cannot express how fortunate we feel to have worked with Lisa and Bill Thompson on the sale of our home. But for those who just want a few words, here are the ones we'd use to describe them: Lisa and Bill are the most strategic, discerning, smart, knowledgeable, humbly confident, go-getting, dedicated, meticulous, hard-working, ethical, professional, and savvy realtors we've ever worked with or known. And they're also just downright nice and good people. Highlights: --They do their homework. They are exceedingly knowledgeable about the real estate market and the microclimate of the neighborhoods they work in. --They were realistic but not afraid of the unstable and downward-trending market we were selling in. They knew how to price our home, and they were shrewd and strategic yet honest and ethical negotiators. After just a few days on the market, they scored us a sale price beyond our wildest expectations. --They are knowledgable and strategic about home improvement recommendations. They know which ones will make money and which ones aren't worth doing. We followed all of their advice, and it paid off big time. --They made everything easy and stress-free. They coordinated all quotes and home improvements and inspected all completed work to be sure it was done to perfection. They even helped us with our relocation options and coordinated long-distance moving quotes. We moved 450 miles away, and we just handed Lisa and Bill our house keys and relaxed while they took over. We don't feel that there are many people we could have trusted to take care of every detail and solve every problem with integrity and to absolute perfection while we were so far away from our home. (Trust us, problems can arise--and there is nobody more trustworthy and meticulous than Lisa and Bill to solve them.) Lisa and Bill really rise above all expectations and are in a league of their own. We are so grateful to them for all the extras, and for caring for our home (and our investment) as if it were their own. And to top it off they are just lovely, nice, good people to work with.

Bill helped us buy our first home. Through the entire process, he has demonstrated his professional knowledge of the house and the neighborhood, provided his insights on future improvement, and shared his own experience as a home owner. He thoroughly went through the inspection report page by page and made us aware of any potential issues. He is quick at responding our questions and concerns. We are very pleased with the service Bill has provided and highly recommend to others.

Bill and Lisa helped us listing and selling our condo, and made it happen in the worst market we could have possibly been into. So grateful for all their help, guidance and patience. Never pushed us to do something we were not confident with, gave us the best recommendations at times when emotions as seller kick in. They are amazing and we could have not chosen a better agent for this. For sure they won my business for the next transactions and would recommend them to all my friends.

Bill recently sold our home. He negotiated a sale well over our asking price! He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was nothing but pleasant. He is professional, conscientious and really understands the San Jose market. To top it off, he’s a super nice guy. Bill is an excellent realtor. Hire him..you won’t be sorry!

Bill helped us find our first home in the bay area. He was very helpful and patient through the process. He did a great job educating us on the different neighborhoods of San Jose and ultimately found the best fit for our family. He was available 24/7 to answer our questions (and we had plenty) about the buying process- and just as responsive after the home was purchased as we came across more questions. He really took time to make sure that we were happy and found the right home. Bill was extremely courteous, friendly, and patient to work with!

Bill helped us find the right house, even though it took a few months he was always there to support us and would check in regularly. He helped us stay sane during the loan process and was open and honest. He willingly told us when he didn’t have an answer right away and always got back to us in a timely manner. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

I cannot say enough about Bill’s attention to detail and quick response time. Throughout the entire process of selling my home, Bill’s calm demeanor and professionalism put me at ease as I had recently had a back injury and feared I would be at a disadvantage in being able to prepare my home for the sale. Bill coordinated all the inspections around my medical appointments to keep us on target. Thank you Bill, you are a Saint!

As first time home buyers, Bill was very helpful in guiding us through the process and making us feel comfortable even when we hit confusing and frustrating moments in the funding process. Bill was very professional and helped us get the home of our dreams! Thanks Bill!

Bill is the most genuine person you will meet. He always does his best to accommodate and think of others first. He is also extremely hard working, smart, and detail oriented. I would trust him to always have my best interest in mind when working with him.

I worked closely with Bill Thompson while at a previous company for which he worked. Bill is a true professional. He domeontrated strong leadership and passion for everything he did. Professionally, one of his biggest strengthens is his ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization. Bill is able to clearly articulate what has been done and what is needed. He is also extremely helpful to come up with solutions to complex problems, but in a collaborative way that makes everyone feel like they are part of the team. Personally, Bill is a genuine, kind, caring and good person. He cares about everything he does, but more importantly, he cares about the people with whom he works. It will be hard to find a better all around person than Bill Thompson. I highly recommend Bill as an agent, professional and quality person.
