I worked closely with Bill Thompson while at a previous company for which he worked. Bill is a true professional. He domeontrated strong leadership and passion for everything he did. Professionally, one of his biggest strengthens is his ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization. Bill is able to clearly articulate what has been done and what is needed. He is also extremely helpful to come up with solutions to complex problems, but in a collaborative way that makes everyone feel like they are part of the team. Personally, Bill is a genuine, kind, caring and good person. He cares about everything he does, but more importantly, he cares about the people with whom he works. It will be hard to find a better all around person than Bill Thompson. I highly recommend Bill as an agent, professional and quality person.
