Where to even begin... My experience with Shana was beyond words! She wasn't the only realtor I spoke with during my 6 month search, but she made sure to be the last! I am so excited to be a first time homeowner at the age of 22, and Shana was a huge part of that accomplishment! Buying a house is an incredibly daunting experience, especially during COVID, with a seller's market, and a very complicated approval journey, but she stuck by through it all. Shana was very proactive in getting information to me, great about finding answers for me even when she didn't have them immediately, and being beyond flexible. Shana definitely knows how to work with and please people, and she was always down for whatever I threw at her every step of the way. When I eventually need to upsize, I hope she is still in the realtor business because I would love to work with Shana again.
