Shana’s patient determination to help us find our unique (almost impossible) list of house desires was impressive. She was always quick to respond. If she didn’t know the answer, she was honest and then promptly found the answer for us. Our quirky requests were consistently met with a genuine smile so that we felt important to her day. We’d use her again... but we LOVE our new home and never plan to move. She helped us find the proverbial ‘needle in the haystack’ and we’re forever grateful.
