I needed a full service real estate agent to sell my mother's home in Greensboro because I live a couple of hours away, and Patti and Ashley handled everything. They gave advice for prepping the home and staging, had the photography done, open house, repair negotiations, coordinated house and carpet cleaning, and even arranged for an estate sale. Patti personally took care of a number of chores at the home including staging touches like plants, etc. before the open house and showings. The home sold very quickly in just a few days. I could not get back to Greensboro at all after the home was listed for sale but we were able to complete everything regarding the sale and closing remotely by email, phone, text, mail, Zoom and online portal. Patti was always available when needed and I highly recommend her.

When showing properties, she would of course point out the nice parts of each house we toured, but she also would point out potential issues we should consider (sloping floors, leaking roofs, and other things we may not have considered until we received an inspection report). She connected us with trusted professionals (inspectors, lenders, etc.) which created a seamless buying process. The professionals we used were all very friendly and took time to explain their findings in a way anyone could understand. My wife and I were debating which of two properties we should put an offer on. We ended up choosing the cheaper of the two which was half of the list price of the home we passed on. We never felt any pressure from Patti to go with the more expensive home even though it would presumably double her commission. Patti helped us find the perfect house for our needs and I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to buy/sell a property in the Triad!
