With so much of Patti’s help we were able to purchase the first property we put an offer on which is nearly unheard of in today’s market.Throughout the buying experience it always felt like Patti had our best interests in mind. When showing properties, she would of course point out the nice parts of each house we toured, but she also would point out potential issues we should consider (sloping floors, leaking roofs, and other things we may not have considered until we received an inspection report). She connected us with trusted professionals (inspectors, lenders, etc.) which created a seamless buying process. The professionals we used were all very friendly and took time to explain their findings in a way anyone could understand. My wife and I were debating which of two properties we should put an offer on. We ended up choosing the cheaper of the two which was half of the list price of the home we passed on. We never felt any pressure from Patti to go with the more expensive home even though it would presumably double her commission.
