Buying a home is stressful enough, buying one in a different state is a little more nerve wracking. Annette really brought the fun back to home buying as it should be. Her knowledge of the process from start to finish and her drive and dedication made us feel secure. Annette was always a call or text away for the silly questions and when it was time to get down to business. She did a wonderful job making us feel right at home.

Annette was the BEST! She listened to what we were looking for in a home. We were looking for a home in the country and she was always willing to show us homes in any county that we desired. I felt like she was always looking out for our best interest, pointing out things in homes that needed attention, before we even noticed. She gave us good advice and never pressured us at all. It actually was like looking for a house with a trusted friend, not a realtor.
Annette went far above what anyone could have wanted or desired. My 2 tenants have also praised Annette with keeping them up to date on the closing and the time they had to move out. I cannot say enough great things about working with Annette. We moved from out of state (1400 miles away) and hadn’t been in Greensboro prior to needing to look for a house. Annette took the time (and was very patient!) to understand what our needs were and what our wants were. She spent 2 solid days (we only had a weekend before flying back home) looking at way too many houses and booking last minute showings, always with a positive attitude (which can be hard when we carted two kids around with us). She helped us easily understand the real estate differences between NC and the state we were leaving. She has been a great resource on things to explore, restaurants to visit, and even helped us find a babysitter for date nights (we knew no one before we moved here).
