I cannot say enough great things about working with Annette. We moved from out of state (1400 miles away) and hadn’t been in Greensboro prior to needing to look for a house. Annette took the time (and was very patient!) to understand what our needs were and what our wants were. She spent 2 solid days (we only had a weekend before flying back home) looking at way too many houses and booking last minute showings, always with a positive attitude (which can be hard when we carted two kids around with us). She helped us easily understand the real estate differences between NC and the state we were leaving. She has been a great resource on things to explore, restaurants to visit, and even helped us find a babysitter for date nights (we knew no one before we moved here). Anyone who works with Annette is the luckiest.
