This was my first experience with selling a property and his knowledge, and particularly his expertise, were invaluable - not only with how to perform tasks/requirements, but more importantly - he was able to identify tasks that were NOT essential or had little or no impact to the sale. This was a very stressful experience (I focus on all details, per my background), but his knowledge definitely lowered the stress level by removing unnecessary items from the plate. There were 'bumps in the road', but there was never a situation that he did not have a recommendation or solution to address so we could continue to move forward. I kept several of his business cards for future use/referral - as a testimony. I would also add that the rest of the team that supported us were very professional and easy to work with. They knew their stuff as well. My single concern is over the extensive use of online digital systems for all communication and data transfers/archiving. That is my back ground. I do not have insight into the protective mechanisms that are in place, but assume that there are adequate safeguards in place.

Ty, is a hardworking salesman. Majority of the time he was easy to contact on landline and cell phones and email assistance was exceptional and compassionate. The sale of our property was done fast and efficient with understandable with minimal room for error. Predictive analytics or probability analysis was good as expected the ups and downs with excitements of the sale with minimal marginal of errors. We had a cost appreciation share by City and County of Honolulu that appeared to be over looked. Ty Takamoto is great guy and an excellent realtor. He is skilled at preparing a property for listing while keeping cost down. He knows how to prepare a property to place its “ best foot forward”. He is very resourceful with established relationships with skilled but reasonably priced companies for things like carpentry, plumbing, flooring, cleaning, termite treatment, etc. Ty stayed on top of market trends and comps in the area to make sure that we were priced right and the appraiser had complete information when valuing the house. In addition, Ty is very service oriented and does everything to make the process easy and convenient for his clients. For example, in addition to coordinating repairs and payment to contracted services, he covered yard work and made sure that the plants were watered and the house was secured after each showing. He even picked up the disbursement of seller’s proceeds from escrow and delivered the checks to us. Yes, as I mentioned to Ty, I’ll make sure to recommend him whenever any one mentions buying or selling real estate. He is the best! He is head and shoulders above others that I’ve worked with before.
