Ty, is a hardworking salesman. Majority of the time he was easy to contact on landline and cell phones and email assistance was exceptional and compassionate. The sale of our property was done fast and efficient with understandable with minimal room for error. Predictive analytics or probability analysis was good as expected the ups and downs with excitements of the sale with minimal marginal of errors. We had a cost appreciation share by City and County of Honolulu that appeared to be over looked. But this was the best part our team of workers Ty, Jeff Lee Escrow Department, Steve from the city and county housing department and Avis and I worked the fastest as possible to get the cost appreciation share project done and the rest is history.
