We can’t thank Nancy enough for her incredible dedication and hard work in helping us find and close on our beautiful home! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible, even during the challenging circumstances of the bomb cyclone outage. Nancy’s attention to detail and resourcefulness were unmatched— with the clock ticking, she lined up all the necessary inspectors and even secured backups when the original ones couldn’t make it. Her professionalism, perseverance, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who will truly go the extra mile for you, Nancy is the one! We are so grateful to have had her by our side during this journey.

Nancy was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. This was my first time purchasing a home and she was on top of each and every aspect of the purchasing process. I am so thankful for her expertise and support! I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, the experience was seamless and I am so happy in my new home! Thanks so much Nancy you are the best realtor!!

Nancy Bachman provided me with terrific guidance and service. I look forward to working with her and JLS again in the future!

I have known Nancy Backman since she helped us purchase our new home in Bellevue over 10 years ago. Since then, we have purchased and sold multiple properties. Nancy does not only do “her job”. She goes above and beyond. She listens to you, takes the time to understand what is best for you as a person and will never push you towards anything you are not comfortable with. Our latest transaction was selling my home for these past 11 years and her support, advice and help was invaluable during this emotional time. Thank you Nancy!

Nancy is extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and just awesome to work with. She has been very patient in dealing with our requirements and always was ready to answer my never-ending questions! It was really a great experience for me and my wife. Thank you, Nancy.

Nancy is the most professional, knowledgeable and disciplined person we have ever worked with!!!! We will always use her for our property sales and buys with a confidence in our referrals.

Nancy was fantastic throughout the entire home-buying process. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and was very receptive to our needs. Nancy let us take ownership of the process by allowing us to select a wide range of potential homes to view, while also providing us with pertinent information & potential "red flags" about each option. She was careful not to impose her own preferences and took the time to understand our needs. During the closing process, Nancy was attentive to detail, and kept us appraised of what to expect at each step in a timely manner, while respecting our time. We recommend Nancy to anyone in the Puget Sound area, and would absolutely use her services again, though we won't need to, as Nancy helped us find our 'forever home' :) .

Nancy hands down is the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Home buying is stressful as is, but when you are buying while being remote, it adds a layer of complexity that Nancy dealt with seamlessly. Her knowledge of the Eastside area and her sound advice during the buying process was exactly what we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, proactive, and trustworthy realtor. We are incredibly lucky to have worked with her.

We have had the pleasure of working with Nancy on several home purchases and sales over the years. She exemplifies all the qualities you should look for in a real estate agent, from her years of experience and knowledge, current market trends, attention to all the details and problem solving, to her tenacity, energy, honesty, integrity, and wonderful welcoming personality. A true professional that we would highly recommend! Bonnie and Lance Englin

Nancy was very responsive and helpful in getting me my first house. She helped me walk through the process and made it feel quick and easier than I had expected. Nancy helped me get a broad understanding of the Seattle area to get the right house, especially since I came from out of state.
