We feel so lucky to be living in our dream home thanks to Sean Aiken. He was thorough, informative and shared a wealth of local knowledge and insights. We would highly recommend him!

Was very happy with Sean Aiken as our Realtor. Very professional and timely. Made the experience enjoyable with a comfortable feeling. Title company had some issues with their end. In the end it wasn't a huge deal just several hours extra of waiting for keys. Which made it difficult for us being in the middle of a move and nowhere to go. I should have done a bit more asking about the close and then the time it takes for it to be "recorded" – would have saved us from having nowhere else to go but the property where we technically were not supposed to be at. Made it awkward for us and I assume the Realtor (Katie) as well. In the end, it all worked out fine. I just wished I was more clear of that process. And wasn't aware to ask.
