Domination of Denver’s Luxury residential market has marked Dawn Raymond as one of the area’s most sought after real estate brokers. Her well-earned respect and reputation come from a deep love for the area and an expertise that developed over twenty-five years of focused passion for the community where she lives and works. Raymond is Kentwood Real Estates Top producing broker with over $135 million in closed sales in 2019, and in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide. Recently, Colorado has been energized by an influx of out-of-state and local buyers all wanting a piece of Denver’s premier real estate. Although construction has been booming with rental apartments, only three for-sale condominium developments have been built in Cherry Creek North since 2008. Dawn Raymond has been the exclusive listing broker for all of them. The path to Dawn’s success started with the first house she and her husband Jeff bought in the Hilltop Neighborhood twenty-five years ago. After remodeling and selling their first home, they started another home, this time from the ground up, and a passion for real estate took hold. Since then, she has sold hundreds of luxury residences . In addition to her busy career, Dawn and her husband, Jeff have worked closely with The Boys and Girls Club over the years on their largest annual fundraiser, the Dream Home Raffle, where they raffle off a “dream home” to a lucky winner. “We have been honored to have 4 homes that we’ve built be selected to promote and raise money for this great group,” says Dawn. Dawn and Jeff have a son and daughter, Jack and Reilly. “I am incredibly proud of them both! They each have a strong interest in real estate and have been involved in the design and finish selections for many of our homes,” says Dawn. In her downtime, Dawn loves traveling with her family, getting inspiration from other cultures and unique architecture. She also loves to bike, and swims everyday.
