In 1992 Ariel traded in her snow boots for a new set of flip-flops as she embarked on a new journey to the Tampa Bay area. Originally from Detroit Michigan, she understands and loves the diversity our cities bring. She began her professional career in Information Technology, where she was able to sharpen her ability to focus on the details while maintaining a big-picture view.
