Chris was very easy to work with and made every step of the way a breeze. I highly recommend having him represent your next project

We had a fantastic experience working with Chris Smith! He was incredibly attentive to our needs, taking the time to show us multiple properties—and even revisiting the ones we loved. His deep knowledge of the local market and area made the process so much easier. Friendly, honest, and reliable—Chris truly went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. Highly recommend!

Working with Chris to find my home in Olympia was a smooth & positive experience. He listened carefully to my priorities & guided the process with professionalism & care from beginning to end. I appreciated Chris's calm demeanor & his thorough knowledge of the local housing market which gave me trust in his suggestions & guidance. I highly recommend Chris as a real estate professional.

Chris is a phenomenal agent. He is very knowledgeable, communicative and caring. His attention to detail helped us close our sale quickly as we had a deadline to move across the country.

The calm, non-pushy demeanor Chris brings to every conversation simply puts people at ease. He's trustworthy, easy to like, follows up promptly & communicates clearly. We're thankful for our working relationship with Chris through the entire home-buying process.

Chris Smith was very easy to work with. He recognized my lack of experience and guided me with that in mind. When my keys needed to be given to the new owner he went the extra mile and picked them up and gave took the keys to them. When I had a question in regards to working with the title company he answered it and never made me feel inadequate.

We used Chris Smith as our real estate agent last summer when we bought our home. He was knowledgeable and professional. No holdups, no problems. A very good experience.

Chris is a trusted friend. I have known Chris for more than twenty years and know him to also be loyal and honest.

My wife Connie and I highly recommend Chris smith! We started looking to relocate mid Summer of 2016. Several realtors contacted us via email and text. Chris reached out to us via a more personal and maybe to some an old fashioned way, a phone call!! During that call he introduced himself and the office he worked for and gathered all our pertinent information. We were relocating from quite a distance away which made the process slightly more difficult. Chris had to gather info and find prospective properties so that our 5-6 hour drives would be fruitful. Once he found the right property for us, Chris's work really began. We had contingencies to think about (ie, selling the home we had in Oregon). Chris was with us every step of the way. Chris had to be our eyes and ears for this long distance process. He was organized, informative and patient. He showed us our new home, was there at the title company for the signing and was there to hand us the keys. Connie and I could not have asked for a better, more dedicated Realtor than Mr. Chris Smith!! Again, we highly recommend Chris Smith!

Chris was wonderful to work with and so helpful during the sale of our home and relocation to our new home in Lacey. He communicates very well, listens, and responds--what more could you ask for in an agent? We would highly recommend Chris!
