My wife Connie and I highly recommend Chris smith! We started looking to relocate mid Summer of 2016. Several realtors contacted us via email and text. Chris reached out to us via a more personal and maybe to some an old fashioned way, a phone call!! During that call he introduced himself and the office he worked for and gathered all our pertinent information. We were relocating from quite a distance away which made the process slightly more difficult. Chris had to gather info and find prospective properties so that our 5-6 hour drives would be fruitful. Once he found the right property for us, Chris's work really began. We had contingencies to think about (ie, selling the home we had in Oregon). Chris was with us every step of the way. Chris had to be our eyes and ears for this long distance process. He was organized, informative and patient. He showed us our new home, was there at the title company for the signing and was there to hand us the keys. Connie and I could not have asked for a better, more dedicated Realtor than Mr. Chris Smith!! Again, we highly recommend Chris Smith!
