This was a bit of a convoluted sale as it was part of an Estate. Corey was initially consulted early in the process when the house was still full and approximately 18 months before the property would eventually make it to market. Corey stuck with me throughout the long and arduous task of getting the house emptied, offering his advice and expertise throughout the process. Once finally emptied, Corey recommended some excellent tradesmen, and he was very instrumental in getting the property rehabilitated, refreshed, and ready for market. He was readily available by phone, text, or email, to answer questions, provide advice, and make sure that the settlement process was smooth and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Corey to anyone and he will definitely be the first person I call when it is finally time for me to move and sell my current home.
