This is the second time I have worked with Corey. I bought my condo through Corey ten years ago in 2016, and used him this year to sell the condo. Actually, the seller in 2016 had herself worked with Corey when she bought the condo. So Corey has been involved as broker for the same condo three times! This isn’t surprising, because Corey is a wonderful human being and the ultimate real estate professional. For the recent sale, Corey was always available, always gave me the best of his thoughts and analysis. I could not have felt more comfortable throughout the process and could not imagine working with a more competent broker. I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Corey to either buyers or sellers, particularly since Corey proved himself to me as a superb agent when representing me at different times as both a buyer and a seller.
