Kimberlyn Drew is one of the best real estate agents you can work with. I needed a lot of help getting my parent's house ready for listing. She started formulating a strategy to get the house ready for sale even though we were months away from being able to list it. She has an excellent background in real estate, but even more importantly, she has phenomenal people skills! During the long process of getting the house ready for sale, she helped immensely by providing support when things were challenging and by having a large data base of skilled contractors and handymen who provided the assistance needed. I think 90% of the contractors were people she knew from work on previous sales or from work at her house and they all did excellent work at a reasonable price. A nearly 65 year old house has a lot of issues and she was prepared to help guide me through all of them. Kimberlyn worked closely with her partner Andy Moore to research comparable sales in the neighborhood. Together, they spent a lot of time and leg work visiting current listings and seeing what would be a fair price for my parent's house. From the time that the house was listed, it took less than 8 weeks to be sold, and the last 4 weeks were while it was under contract.
