A colleague recommend Kimberlyn to me, and I am so glad that he did! She was really attentive to what we were looking for when setting up our search, gave good advice about various neighborhoods and commute times, had a great eye when touring homes for potential issues, never rushed us in our decision making, and set up a series of really solid inspections when the time came. We are so happy with the home we bought with her and feel confident that there will be no condition surprises now that we have moved in. She is not only a fantastic relator but a wonderful resource for all things Tucson. My husband and I move to Tucson from the East Coast and were very unfamiliar with the area. She has given us great recommendations for everything from trusted carpenters and landscapers specializing in native plants to where to find the best scones in town. We have continued to be in touch with her after closing when we are looking for local information. This is all to say that I highly recommend Kimberlyn if you are looking for a realtor in Tucson!
