Mark's personal attention to detail and presence and availability throughout the transaction was fantastic and seamless. Any questions that we had, were answered, and he was extremely proactive in addressing any challenges that might've come up to ensure that they did not. Truly, a pleasure and a wonderfully smooth transaction. thank you, Matthew Skeel

Mark was very communicative and always picked up when we called or returned the call in a timely manner. He put our anxiety to rest but making sure we understood everything that was happeing in the process and options we had to get our loan.

Mark and his team were incredibly responsive throughout the process, answered our many questions, were flexible, and kept us informed!

We appreciated the thoughtfulness and quick response of the team at Guild to guide and support our refund.

Mark was great to team up with! he was very quick to communicate about the transaction and what he needed from me to keep things moving.

Mark's communication kept us feeling comfortable and informed. Tonya on his team is a wonderful asset for Mark and Guild's team. They both made us all feel included - we had three of us buying this home so it was a lot to coordinate and they did a great job!
