Working with Zoë is an absolute dream. After deciding to sell my home out of state and move back to New York City, I contacted Zoe's office out of the blue to chat about current market conditions in Brooklyn Heights and surrounding neighborhoods. It was the luckiest cold call I've ever made in my life. From our first phone conversation, Zoë was a fount of knowledge about the area and full of energy and enthusiasm to help me take the next steps. She worked diligently to help suss out options both to rent and purchase in the neighborhoods I liked and was by my side through every step of the process, even going so far as to connect me with a realtor out-of-state for my house sale. She listened very closely to what I hoped to find, shared insights into new neighborhoods, and ultimately found a way to make my dream scenario turn into a reality. I couldn't recommend working with Zoë more — she's such a careful listener, not to mention so fun, compassionate, and knowledgeable about New York real estate. She made what should've been a difficult move and transition into an absolute joy. You couldn't ask for a better person to help you find your next home!
