As the trusted Realtor for my clients, I understand that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. There is also a lot at stake financially and personally. This perspective on the process and the responsibility felt towards my clients drives me to truly be an expert at the job. I understand the market and all of the variables involved in a real estate transaction. I want to make sure you feel supported and that you have a trusted Realtor by your side. As a seller, you want to effectively market the home and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price and cleanest terms for the sale. As a buyer, you want a patient, yet assertive partner to help to buy the right home for you, at the best possible price. In other words, you want to make sure you don’t leave any money on the table. I’ve spent my life growing up, living in, and loving the Miami Valley in Ohio which has allowed me to excel in the competitive landscape of the Dayton area of real estate while working with a leading brokerage with hundreds of other real estate agents. My promise to every client is directness, transparency, compelling listing marketing, and the ability to keep people and deals on track — calmly and professionally. This ability is part natural instinct and part commitment to advanced, ongoing training and education. A lot of what agents do sound similar on paper. What varies (significantly) is how they do it and the resulting outcomes for their clients. On a personal note, I care very deeply about my client’s individual situation, goals, and dreams. To play a part in helping you get what you want — whether it’s selling your home to open a goat cheese farm in Oregon, retiring to Palm Springs or Wine Country, wanting that extra $20,000 from the counter offer to go from average-to-dream-kitchen in the new home, selling a parent’s home after they have passed away, relocating to the suburbs to raise a family, or simply moving from one Ohio neighborhood to another in order to be closer to the children’s school — it is ALL incredibly gratifying to me. I would be honored to be your trusted real estate advisor. It’s a role I take very seriously. Providing you with reliable advice, a sound strategy and optimal results is win:win. You get to achieve your goals, and we enjoy the benefits of a long-lasting, sustainable career. I live in an Englewood Ranch with our three dogs, my wife of 12 years, and our two-year-old daughter. I graduated from Miamisburg High School with a focus on Language Arts and Information Technology. These focuses helped me learn how to better communicate and focus on the details. In terms of real estate, I am committed to lifelong learning. My education is never complete. If you’d like to work together, please reach out. I look forward to getting to know you and am here to help you achieve your goals!
