Alex is the best! He is a great person and a great agent. Being first-time home buyers is intimidating but Alex made the process so much easier than we were expecting. He has been proactive in informing us of crucial details and information we would not have been aware of otherwise. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of throughout the entire process. He would respond quickly if we sent him a text message or called him. Top-notch customer service! We would definitely use Carolina One Real Estate in the future and have Alex as our agent.
