William Hopton is an excellent realtor who went above and beyond to help us purchase a condo! He anticipated our questions and was ready with answers. William gave excellent advice about negotiating when we asked him, but he was not pushy at all. He was strong and firm when negotiating with the Sellers' agent and our requests were met! Arriving early to every appointment, William was always prepared with information and he was always helpful and knowledgeable. I am giving him my highest recommendation!!! He's the best!!!
