We are so grateful to Wendy for helping us through the process of selling our home. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient and kind as we took the time to decide what we wanted to do and how we wanted to approach listing our home. We never felt rushed or pressured, and she was always there to answer our questions and guide us through each step. Wendy was incredibly accommodating of our schedules and availability when coordinating showings, which made an already stressful process so much easier for our family. She truly went above and beyond by even becoming a friend to our dog and making sure she felt comfortable when she was home alone during showings! When it came time to negotiate, Wendy worked incredibly hard to make sure we got the best possible deal for our home. We always felt that she was advocating for us and had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. Wendy brought such a personal touch to the experience. We felt like she genuinely cared about our family, our home, and making the process as smooth and successful as possible. We couldn’t have asked for a more patient, thoughtful, hardworking, and supportive agent. We would absolutely recommend Wendy to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about the people she works with.
