We are so grateful to Wayne for helping us find this house. We are a typical first home buyers because we have spent decades in the Foreign Service, so we were constantly moving back and forth overseas. Wayne was able to assist two home buying neophytes in their 50s in our journey to figure out what we really wanted. He went above and beyond - helping us find the right location in Wilmington when we didn't even live here. He was so patient, helping us over the course of years - even from our last posting in London. We really appreciated Wayne's meticulous attention to detail and his responsiveness. We could tell Wayne really cared, and he always got us the answers we needed, when we needed them - not just about the home, but about insurance, mortgage, warranty, home repairs, and all the other information we needed. We could not recommend Wayne any more- he gets 20 stars out of 10 from us. THANK YOU, WAYNE!
