I have been a realtor for almost 16 years, and with Hallmark Realtors for the past 11 years. Every year gets better and better with regards to working under the leadership of my Broker/Qwner, Walter Smolenski. Over these past 11 years, I can't count how many times I have called Walter on a Sunday night saying, "sorry to bother you, but I need your help on a deal that is in the works." He always picks up the phone, and helps me find a solution to the problem and has never once complained. Walter is always the first one in line to help. Walter's knowledge and calm demeanor has helped me get through some difficult negotiations, and through his wise advice, always ended up sealing the deal. The agents that work in our office are also very helpful. We work as a team. There are no "I" sales associates working at Hallmark. We truly are a team. We all find each other's strengths and feed off each other. I feel very fortunate to work with such caring agents and to have such a great, strong Broker/Owner, who I know I can depend on for any challenge that comes during the sale of a home.
